Citibank announced that from 17/11/17 you can now raise a transaction dispute online through CitiManager. This means you will no longer need to contact our Customer Service Team. Additionally, you can also monitor the status of your dispute through CitiManager.
Raising a dispute through CitiManager
It's easy to raise a transaction dispute for both statement generated transactions and unbilled transactions. Simply:
- Select the transaction you would like to dispute
- Select the "Dispute Transaction" button
- Complete the displayed dispute form and click "Submit"
Check the status of a dispute
You can monitor the status of disputes within the "View Disputes" option within CitiManager. The information will be available for up to 1 year from the date the dispute was raised.
